With live workshops, guided meditations, embodiment practices and sharing circles you’ll learn how to connect with your body, feel what’s present, and take aligned action. Plus, you’ll be supported by a community of like-hearted souls walking this path with you.

This is not another course overloaded with information. It’s about getting into your body, practicing, and truly feeling a shift happening inside – feeling more grounded, clear and powerful.

You’ll also become part of our WhatsApp group, where you can connect with others and where I share additional information, reminders, and small insights to support you in your daily life.

All live workshops take place online via Zoom. The recordings are uploaded to the Membership Platform (accessible both via website and mobile app).

No worries! Every LIVE Workshop is going to be recorded and uploaded to the membership platform.

There is no minimum commitment if you choose the monthly payment. You can stay just for one month or for as long as you wish. You can cancel your subscription every month.

If you choose the 6-months plan, you’ll be billed every 6 months and you are able to cancel your plan every 6 months.

As long as you’re part of the membership. You lose your access, when you cancel the membership.
