How the membership works
Each month, we dive deep into a different topic, offering you practical tools and practices to fully experience and embody it—beyond just thinking about it.
You’ll have access to live workshops, guided meditations, embodiment practices and sharing circles—all designed to help you connect with your body, feel your emotions, and take aligned action.
This is not another course overloaded with information. It’s about getting into your body, practicing, and truly living the transformation. Plus, you’ll be supported by a community of like-hearted souls walking this path with you.

It’s not about needing things to be perfect
or forcing yourself to only see the bright side
but about embracing what is.
Being in your body with what is present.

to be with the moment as it is and letting it be enough.

As soon as you sign up, you’ll receive access to our Membership Home, which includes 20+ meditations, practices, and recordings of past workshops on topics such as feeling emotions, coming home to your body, moving through doubts, taking grounded action, forgiveness, letting go, and discovering your truth.
You’ll also become part of our WhatsApp group, where you can connect with others and where I share additional information, reminders, and small insights to support you in your daily life.
All live workshops take place online via Zoom, and the recordings are always uploaded to the Membership Home (accessible both via website and mobile app).

FAQ
No worries! Every LIVE Workshop is going to be recorded and uploaded into the membership area.
There is no minimum commitment if you choose the monthly payment. You can stay just for one month or for as long as you wish. You can cancel your subscription every month.
If you choose the 6-months plan, you’ll be billed every 6 months and you are able to cancel your plan every 6 months.
As long as you’re part of the membership. You lose your access, when you cancel the membership.
